Angels Little Dragon - 2003 Gray Stallion

Dragon is a gentle giant!  He stands around 15.2 hands and weighs in about 1200 lbs.  He has the athletic ability to rope bulls in the morning and go cut cattle in the afternoon.  This year Dragon will be shown in the 2 Hand Open and 2 Hand Non-Pro classes at the Glacier Cutting Horse Association shows.  He may be taken into the working cow horse events as well.

Storm - Grade Gelding

Storm is a half brother to Dragon.   He was been used extensively on the ranch for all types of work.  A few years back he broke a shoulder and healed from that injury.  Unfortunately, in the past few years Storm has developed arthritis in his coffin bone.  He will be injected and used for branding and summer work.  In 2009, Storm was shown in the Beaverhead County Stock Horse Show bridle class and despite breaking pattern placed 3rd.  Storm may be shown in 2011.

Askym - 2008 Haflinger Gelding

Ask was purchased as a yearling as a future horse for our son.  He was started last summer in a matter of days.  This spring he has been used during calving season and is coming along nicely.  Truely a unique horse and breed!  He is our first experience with haflingers, and it has been a good one.

PlayboysHeavenlyAcre - 2009 Sorrel Filly

This picture of chili was in July 2010, as a yearling.  She has been started this winter with about 10 rides on her.  She is stopping well and working a gate like a champ.  Her training will continue through the year and in 2012 she will be shown both in the cutting ring and working cow horse events. 

She is a granddaughter of Freckles Playboy and Peppys From Heaven (a full sister to Peptoboonsmal), a great granddaughter of Peppy San Badger, Royal Blue Boon, and Bob Acre Doc.

Driftin Peppy Chex
